One of our financial clients came to us to develop templated emails so that the insurance agents could send out their own emails to existing clients. This task involved several teammates to concept a plan that would be easy enough to execute while not taking up too much of each agent’s time. We developed a series of templates to apply to marketing needs, as well as transactional needs, to cover any concern the agents may have throughout their day. These templates moved into a drag and drop system and our teammates visited the agents to train on the process of creating an email. Unfortunately the client chose not to populate the emails themselves in the end, but that meant more opportunity for our team to design, program and deploy the emails for them.
